Who is EduQual?

EduQual is a regulated UK body that is approved by SQA accreditation. They are a full member of the Federation of Awarding Bodies (FAB).

Course Credits

The course is made up of 240 credits, with the first 120 credits following the syllabus of the General Engineering (Level 4) course, while the other 120 credits are Level 5 and is made up of 4 units, two of which are optional and have to choose from a list of options. The third is a core topic in engineering management, and the final unit is a substantial engineering project on an engineering topic worth 60 credits.

Entry requirements

There aren’t any formal requirements to enter this course all the required math and science needed will be taught in this course.

The course is delivered in English, so competency in learning technical information in English is advised.

Course Duration

On average, learners take 2-4 years while learning on a part-time basis.

However, as this is a distance learning engineering course where you study on your own basis, you are entirely responsible for the timescale in which you complete this course, so you can finish this course before the average time period.
